This is a composite using the same photo. It was starting to get dark and the background of the original image didn’t have the detail I wanted. So I used Perfect Photo Suite to re-edit the photo creating a double layer and then brightening the first layer and adding a hint of HDR. I think created painted Verena back in with a mask and original layer, finally exported back to Lightroom,
I then used the adjustment brush, to help get Verena skin colour right, by slightly removing some of the warmth. I also used the adjustment brush to bring the light back up on the building and took a little bit of the light out of the foreground. After this I went and took out much of the noise, in the image. This helped the background but smoothed out Verena’s skin too much, so I went back to the adjustment brush setting, I had used on Verena and brought back the noise so she look much more natural.
